By downloading, installing, or using the EstateX mobile application or web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use EstateX.
EstateX provides a mobile-first platform for real estate professionals to manage property listings, collaborate with team members, and share project information with clients. Features vary based on your subscription plan.
You must register for an account to use EstateX. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree not to: (a) use EstateX for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings; (c) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; (e) use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to EstateX. By uploading content, you grant EstateX a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.
Certain features of EstateX require a paid subscription. Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to EstateX. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
EstateX is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of EstateX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
