We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the EstateX platform; to process transactions and manage your account; to send you technical notices and support messages; and to respond to your comments and questions.
Photos and videos you upload for your project listings are stored securely on AWS S3. Files associated with your account will be retained as long as your account is active. You can delete media from within the app at any time.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., cloud storage, analytics), subject to confidentiality agreements.
When you enable public sharing for a project, that project's details become accessible via a public URL. You can disable public sharing at any time from the project settings.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with encryption at rest.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from the app settings. To request account deletion or a full data export, contact us at privacy@octax-sense.com.
Our web platform uses essential cookies for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used on the EstateX web platform or admin portal.
